Cindy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and has worked in the mental health field since 2019. Cindy worked as a Program Staff on the Psychiatric division in a Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Program Staff, Cindy facilitated the development and utilization of coping skills, led psychoeducational groups, and maintained a safe therapeutic environment for patients. Additionally, Cindy observed patient behaviors, reported unusual or potentially dangerous behaviors, and consulted with Nursing, Social Services, and Psychologists to determine and execute appropriate plans of treatment. Cindy joined the TCS team in December 2024.
