Koda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to working at CRP, she served as a Lead Mental Health Technician at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. In this role, Koda demonstrated leadership in managing the adolescent unit and catering to the needs of individuals aged 13 to 17. Her expertise extends to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy as a Behavioral Therapist, specializing in working with children on the autism spectrum. Koda’s true passion lies in mental health care, where she actively advocates for harm reduction practices in substance abuse and contributes to the promotion of suicide prevention and awareness. Looking forward, Koda aspires to further her education by pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and becoming a licensed therapist. Koda joined the Crisis Response Project in February of 2024.
