Hugo began his career as a Supportive Living Services (SLS) staff member in 2014, where he has since accumulated extensive experience and knowledge within the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Field. Over the years, Hugo has had the opportunity to work with individuals across all age groups, from children to the elderly, in a variety of settings, including private homes, group homes, and hospitals. In addition to his work in SLS, Hugo has a background in criminal justice, having completed extensive coursework in areas such as basic training, criminal procedures, legal aspects of evidence, and community relations with a focus on multicultural issues in public service. He has successfully applied his criminal justice knowledge to advocate for and support clients in crisis situations. Hugo speaks Spanish fluently and joined the CRP team in March 2025.
